AutoTune 2026 (1.2.1)

This maintenance release resolves several audio rendering and stability issues in AutoTune 2026, including improvements to Classic Mode consistency and HQ Mode accuracy.

Please note, because one of these fixes corrects how Classic Mode processes audio, sessions that used Classic Mode in a previous version may sound slightly different after updating.

Bug Fixes

Audio Processing & Rendering

• Fixed a bug that erroneously enabled formant processing in Classic Mode, causing it to deviate from the intended "Auto-Tune 5" sound. Classic Mode now renders as intended, so previously saved sessions using Classic Mode may sound different than before.
• Fixed an audio rendering issue to improve the accuracy of HQ Mode.
• Fixed several issues that caused Classic Mode to render inconsistently from one playback or bounce to the next. 
• (Logic Pro/GarageBand) Resolved a phase discrepancy between the first playback after loading the plugin and subsequent playbacks.

Stability & Interface

• (Mac only) Fixed a bug that caused the DAW to crash or become unresponsive after manually entering a Retune Speed value.
• (Mac only) Fixed a bug that prevented the plugin window from resizing to fit when moved to a smaller display.

AutoTune 2026 (1.2.0)

We're pleased to announce the release of AutoTune 2026 version 1.2.0, an update focused on enhancing the Pro Tools experience. This update introduces support for a key Pro Tools automation shortcut and addresses an audio engine error that could occur when tracking through the plugin.

Pro Tools "3-Finger Salute" Automation Shortcut Support

AutoTune 2026 now supports the Pro Tools Command-Control-Option Click shortcut (commonly known as the "3-Finger Salute") for quickly creating automation lanes directly from the plugin interface. This shortcut is supported for all DAW-automatable parameters, including:
 

• Retune Speed
• Humanize
• Flex Tune
• Detune
• Bypass
• Vocal Range
• Key and Scale selection
• Individual Note Enable/Disable buttons

Bug Fixes

• Pro Tools
  • Resolved an issue where Pro Tools would display an error message (AAE -6101) when attempting to track audio through AutoTune 2026 at lower hardware buffer sizes.
  • Fixed a bug that occasionally caused Pro Tools to crash when setting the Key and Scale parameters.
• PC, VST3
  • Fixed a bug that caused the generic PACE version of the “License Not Found” error message to appear.

AutoTune 2026 (1.1.0)

The AutoTune 2026 1.1.0 patch introduces the following bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that caused automation in Pro Tools to not respond correctly when transferring a session from Mac to Windows.
• Ableton (VST3): When duplicating a track in Ableton, the VST3 version of the plug-in erroneously displays the default Key & Scale values on the keyboard.

• Added a collection of artist presets from Nick Sarazen.
