Q: How do I get AutoTune Pro X?
A: AutoTune Pro X is available at no additional charge to new and existing AutoTune Unlimited subscribers, but perpetual licenses are also available for purchase. Owners of AutoTune Pro version 9 may be eligible for a free* upgrade to AutoTune Pro X!

Q: Is AutoTune Pro X backwards compatible?
A: Yes, we've maintained the same backwards compatibility present in AutoTune Pro (version 9). AutoTune Pro X can load previously saved settings from AutoTune Pro 9.0.x and 8.1.x, but not earlier versions of AutoTune.

Q: What is ARA2 Support?
A: Audio Random Access (ARA) increases the amount of communication possible between a DAW and a plug-in, allowing them to exchange more information, such as audio data, tempo, pitch, and rhythm, for an entire song, rather than just at the moment of playback.
The increased amount of information exchange removes the need for audio material to be transferred to and from the plug-in. What this means for you is that ARA allows a plug-in to be used as a more closely integrated part of the DAW's overall interface.
Q: How do I upgrade to AutoTune Pro X?
A: If you have a legacy version of AutoTune Pro (such as AutoTune 7 or AutoTune 8), you can purchase an upgrade to AutoTune Pro X from the My Account page after logging into your Antares account.
Existing AutoTune Pro 9 owners may be eligible for a free* upgrade to AutoTune Pro X.
*Customers who purchased AutoTune Pro 9 on or after June 21st, 2022 are eligible for a free upgrade to AutoTune Pro X.

Installation and Activation
Q: Where can I download AutoTune Pro X?
A: AutoTune Pro X is available from our Auto-Tune Central application.
Q: How do I install AutoTune Pro X?
A: To use AutoTune Pro X in your DAW, please run the latest AutoTune Pro installer by following the steps below:
Navigate to the Auto-Tune Central "Plug-Ins" tab
Locate your plugin and select "Install". When the download is complete, extract the files
Double click on the installer application
Follow the prompts until you see Installation Complete

Q: How do I activate my license?
A: After purchasing a perpetual license or a subscription to AutoTune Unlimited, the license will be automatically registered to the email used at checkout. Please follow the steps here to activate your license with AutoTune Central.
Q: How do I access AutoTune Pro X as an AutoTune Unlimited subscriber?
A: The AutoTune Unlimited license will authorize both AutoTune Pro 11 and X. To utilize AutoTune Pro X, please see our discontinued software downloads page to find the right installer package for your device.
Note: Your DAW may recognize AutoTune Pro X and Pro 11 as having the same plug-in ID. To use AutoTune Pro X, we recommend first uninstalling AutoTune Pro 11 from your device.
Q: Can I use my license on more than one computer?
A: Yes, you may have up to two simultaneous activations of one license at any given time. To do this, please follow the steps here on each device you’d like to use the license on.
Q: Do I need to connect to the internet to activate my license?
A: Yes, your computer will need to be connected to the internet when you initially activate the license, and on your subscription renewal date. Once your license is activated, you don’t need to stay online to use the plug-ins in your DAW.
Q: I just purchased a license, but I didn’t receive my registration code! What should I do?
A: If you don’t get an email confirmation with your registration code, please double check any alternative email addresses that could have been used at checkout. When products are purchased on our site, they get automatically registered to the Antares account entered upon checkout. If you still can’t find your email confirmation or registration code, contact our support team here.
Q: Will my AutoTune Unlimited subscription be renewed automatically?
A: Yes, our monthly and annual subscription plans will be renewed automatically. If a 14-day trial is not cancelled before the end of the trial period, your license will automatically rollover to a monthly subscription.
