Q: What is Auto-Tune® SoundSoap?
A: Auto-Tune SoundSoap is the evolution of Antares' noise reduction software, SoundSoap+ 5.
Almost everyone has experienced some kind of undesirable background noise in their recordings at one point or another. Maybe an amazing video of your kids also captured a noisy air conditioner, or an interview you recorded has a distractingly loud highway buzzing in the background.
Were loud fans supposed to be part of your podcast? Have a loud humming sound in your recording caused by a bad cable? Maybe you want to remove clicks and crackles from an old LP collection, or eliminate hiss from your audio cassette collection – the list goes on and on.

Q: How do I get Auto-Tune SoundSoap?
A: Auto-Tune SoundSoap is available exclusively for Auto-Tune Unlimited subscribers. Existing subscribers should download and install the latest version from Auto-Tune Central to get started with Auto-Tune SoundSoap.

Q: Do I need an iLok?
A: As of November 1st, 2024, we have added the option to activate your Antares licenses onto a physical iLok dongle. Please see our iLok FAQ for more information.
Q: Can I upgrade to Auto-Tune SoundSoap?
A: Sorry, but an Auto-Tune Unlimited subscription is required to use Auto-Tune SoundSoap. We currently do not offer upgrades to Auto-Tune Unlimited.
Q: Can I purchase a perpetual license for Auto-Tune SoundSoap?
A: Auto-Tune SoundSoap is only available to Auto-Tune Unlimited subscribers. Perpetual licenses are not available for purchase a this time.
Q: Is there a standalone version of Auto-Tune SoundSoap?
A: At launch, Auto-Tune SoundSoap can only be opened in a compatible DAW.
Installation and Activation
Q: Where can I download Auto-Tune SoundSoap?
A: Auto-Tune SoundSoap is included in the latest Auto-Tune Unlimited installer. New and existing subscribers: please download it from our website, here.
Q: How do I install Auto-Tune SoundSoap?
A: To use Auto-Tune SoundSoap in your DAW, please run the latest installer by following the steps below:
Navigate to the "Plug Ins" tab in Auto-Tune Central
Under "Subscriptions" expand your Auto-Tune Unlimited Subscription and find the SoundSoap installer
Click "Install"
Follow the prompts until you see Installation Complete
Q: How do I activate my license?
A: After purchasing a subscription to Auto-Tune Unlimited, the license will be automatically registered to the email used at checkout. Please follow the steps here to activate your license with Auto-Tune Central Central.
Q: Can I use my license on more than one computer?
A: We allow up to two simultaneous activations of one Auto-Tune Unlimited license at any given time. To do this, please follow the steps here on each device you’d like to use the license on.
Q: Do I need to connect to the internet to activate my license?
A: Yes, your computer will need to be connected to the internet when you initially activate the license, and on your subscription renewal date. Once your license is activated, you don’t need to stay online to use the plug-ins in your DAW.
Q: I just purchased an Auto-Tune Unlimited subscription, but I didn’t receive my registration code! What should I do?
A: If you don’t get an email confirmation with your registration code, please double check any alternative email addresses that could have been used at checkout. When products are purchased on our site, they get automatically registered to the Antares account entered upon checkout. If you still can’t find your email confirmation or registration code, contact our support team here.
Q: Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
A: Yes, our monthly and annual subscription plans will be renewed automatically. If a 14-day trial is not cancelled before the end of the trial period, your license will automatically rollover to a monthly subscription. You will be charged $24.99 for your first month’s subscription.
