This article will walk you through the subscription cancellation process.
If you’d like to cancel your Auto-Tune Unlimited subscription, please note the following:
- Antares cannot provide refunds for online software purchases. All sales are final.
- Deactivating the license in Auto-Tune Central will not cancel the subscription.
- Your subscription is automatically registered to the email used at checkout.
- You do not need to contact support to cancel your subscription.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your Antares account. Once you're logged in, head to the My Account tab and click on the 'Manage' button below your active subscription.

2. On the following page, hover over the More drop-down button in the Actions menu on the top right-hand side. Select 'Cancel Subscription'.
3. You will then be given the option to pause your subscription for up to 2 months. If you would not like to utilize this option, select 'No thanks'.
4. Click on the drop-down menu to choose your reason for cancelling, then click 'End Subscription'.
Once the subscription has been cancelled you’ll see the below confirmation message:

You will then receive an email confirming your subscription has been cancelled, and you will not be charged again.
